Tyrone Hines, also known as “T-Hine,” was a notorious drug kingpin in Syracuse, New York during the 1990s. He was born in 1968 and grew up in Syracuse’s South Side, where he became involved in drug dealing at a young age.

Hines quickly rose through the ranks of the local drug trade and by the early 1990s, he had become one of the most powerful drug dealers in the city, with a network of distributors and customers spanning across the region.

Hines’ reign came to an end in 1997 when he was arrested and charged with multiple drug-related offenses. He was ultimately convicted and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
